MY Classic Parts sells aftermarket, replica, and performance parts, which may have differences in fitment, quality, durability, and material compared to OEM parts. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify fitment before purchase. MY Classic Parts is not responsible for incorrect installations, modifications, or vehicle compatibility issues. 22. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be exclusively resolved through the courts of the United Arab Emirates. Customers agree not to initiate legal action in any jurisdiction outside the UAE. Any claim or dispute must be submitted in writing to MY Classic Parts before taking legal action.

23. Customs or Importation Fees:

All customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. MY Classic Parts is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional costs imposed by the importing country. If the buyer refuses to pay the customs fees, they will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any penalties incurred. Failure to pay customs fees voids the right to return or refund. If the item is held or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, MY Classic Parts will not be liable for any losses.

24. Non-Delivery Fees

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer’s unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pay required customs/import fees, the customer shall be responsible for all non-delivery charges, including return shipping fees and restocking fees. In cases of repeated failed deliveries, MY Classic Parts reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer.

25. Clarifying Shipping Damage & Carrier Claims

Customers must inspect all packages upon delivery. If a package is visibly damaged, the customer must refuse delivery and file a damage claim with the shipping carrier immediately. If the package is accepted and later found to be damaged, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company within 48 hours and provide a claim number to MY Classic Parts. Failure to file a shipping claim within this timeframe will void the right to return the item for damage-related reasons. MY Classic Parts is not responsible for damages caused during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer.

2. Fraud Prevention & Inspection Policy

To protect against fraudulent returns, all returned items will undergo a detailed inspection upon arrival.

  • If an item is damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or intentional damage, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If an item shows signs of wear, modification, or attempted installation, the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • MY Classic Parts reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who have a history of excessive or suspicious return requests.

Customers attempting to return intentionally damaged products to claim a refund may be subject to legal action for fraudulent claims.

3. Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact MY Classic Parts within 30 days of receiving the order by emailing info@myclassicparts.com with the following details:

Once reviewed, MY Classic Parts will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

  • If a return is received in damaged condition due to improper packaging, the return may be denied or subject to a higher restocking fee.
  • If a package arrives damaged from the courier, the buyer must reject the delivery and file a claim with the courier.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Defective & Damaged Product Policy

MY Classic Parts is committed to delivering high-quality products. If a product arrives defective or damaged, the following policy applies to ensure a smooth resolution.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If the box appears damaged, crushed, opened, or shows signs of mishandling, the customer must:
